"THE FOOL'S JOURNEY/TAROT THROUGH INTUITION"
In this class the Tarot deck will be broken down, providing an in-depth look at the Major Arcana (The Fool's Journey), the hidden symbols of the Minor Arcana, and a variety of spreads for you to use to read yourself and others. You will learn card interpretation while trusting your intuition, various spreads and their uses, as well as a guided meditation to open your energy centers. All participants will receive printed materials and a certificate. This class includes a light lunch , snacks and beverages.*

"GUIDED MEDITATION"
These sessions are designed to help you reach an optimal meditative experience. We will discuss the importance of breathing and proper steps to relaxation. Each session is tailored to the group in attendance. Allow yourself to drift away in a relaxing meditation. Meditation has been proven to help reduce blood pressure, improve focus and promote good overall health and wellness.

REIKI CERTIFICATIONS
All levels of Usui Shiki Ryoho method of Natural Healing are offered. Reiki I certification is about healing the self and preparing the body and mind for the next level. Reiki II certification is about healing others. Through healing others the self becomes healed. Reiki III and Reiki Master Teacher are offered as one certification. This is the final certification in energy healing. Now the student becomes the master.

"Tarot Through Intuition"
This class is designed to teach you how to interpret the Tarot cards through your own intuitive ability. If you are already familiar with the Tarot, or you have always wanted to learn, this class will help you understand to trust what you "feel" while interpreting the cards. You will also learn 3 different spreads you can use in a variety of situations. Please feel free to bring your own deck or there will be a variety available to purchase. Please dress comfortably.
